GUTTER CLEANING
We will inspect
and clean your gutters to make sure they are draining properly. Our process includes removing leaves, limbs and
other debris from your roof and gutters. We will check all downspouts and remove any clogs. Before leaving, our workers
will take care to see that your lawn is not cluttered by debris removed from your gutters. Checking and
clearing underground French Drains can be done for a small additional fee. GUTTER SURFACE
CLEANING
Gutters often become stained from years of overflow, leaving mildew or black "drip-lines"
on the outside surface. Our crews can clean these stains making a remarkable difference in the appearance. This
is especially helpful when placing your home on the market to enhance curb appeal. Although not needed with each cleaning,
a one time surface cleaning is well worth the additional cost.
WINDOW CLEANING
Your
windows will be thoroughly cleaned by brushing away cobb webs and dirt deposits on the outside of the window. Tape, sap
or paint splatters will be razored off. Panes are then washed with a clean scrubber, squeegeed off and
hand dried with a lint-free towel; leaving them dry and squeaky clean. For interior window cleaning; we do
the same, also lifting the window and washing out the sill beneath it. We securely lock each window when complete. Storm
windows and screens will be cleaned for an additional charge. Excessive paint requiring detail work
may also require an additional charge.

PRESSURE WASHING
(POWER WASHING)
We also pressure wash to remove dirt, mildew, and car deposits on homes, sidewalks, driveways
and commercial properties. We pretreat and scrub stubborn spots and then spray treat and pressure wash to clean and renew stained
surfaces. Don't worry about pets or plants because we only use Environmentally Friendly cleaning solutions.
LIGHT REPLACEMENT
We provide and replace bulbs for floodlights
and other hard to reach lighting fixtures.

CLEANING
